Plastic (including various plastics) buttons are generally die-casted, so there will be a line on the edge of the button. This parting line, some factories may be in the follow-up processing. Resin buttons are mechanically engraved and then polished, so the surface has no full mold line and is very smooth. But it is fragile, the surface is easily scratched, and it becomes soft when placed in boiling water.


How to distinguish between copper buttons and iron buttons? : Buttons made of copper and iron materials, you can use a magnet to know this, and scrape the surface plating layer with a hard object, the brass color (gold) in the copper button surface. The iron buckle is black, which is the color of the raw material.


How to judge whether it is an alloy button? : The alloy buckle is relatively heavy and is made of die casting. All mold lines are generally ground and polished, so you may not see it, but it is heavy and solid.
